We manufacture inspection and measuring equipment using Line Scan or Area Camera for PDP and TFT-LCD panel pattern.
We have developed inspection and measuring equipment for various patterns printed on PANEL surface as follows.

-ITO and BUS pattern electrode width measurement equipment
(PDP upper pannel, Resolution: 0.1 um)
-ADD pattern electrode width measurement equipment
(PDP lower pannel, Resolution:0.1um)
-RIB upper part, lower part, height measurement equipment
(Resolution:0.1um)
-Length, pitch, width, height measurement equipment of PDP SCREEN MASK & PHOTO MASK
(Resolution:0.1um)
-Width, height measurement equipment of PDP 80"h and 100"JUMBOBATCH(Resolution:0.1um)
-Defect inspection equipment (bubble, scratch, top tin, dig, other) of PDP FILTER GLASS (over 100um defect)
-PEM NUT On Chasis height inspection equipment for fixing PDP PANEL
