A system that inspects for alien substances in entire area of flat panel on inline by using machine vision system while shifting panel on the conveyor during the production process of FPD.

1. Inspection Product

4) Inspection: top and bottom of FPD Panel simultaneous inspection

3. Detectable Option

1) Defect Kinds:

3) Inspection Range: total inspection of top and bottom
