Aging Auto Inspection
Introduction
Aging auto inspection is the system which judge good and bad testing synthetically electric feature of CRT. Because this is manufacturing process which inspects after aging manufacturing process among CPT manufacturing processes, this is called aging auto inspection.
The items of inspection are SHORT, IGHK, P, G2G3 LEAK, AG3 LEAK, SE, MIK R, MIK G, MIK B and COEK RGB. After inspecting them, this does RE-AGING, recycling disposition or rubbish disposition.
Inspection feels braun tube which flow automatically riding pallet or hanger, and measures it automatically. It displays the result on screen in front of operator or hoisting robot, and outputs point of contact of material flow.
Aging auto inspection consists of host pc, communication mux, operator pc, bar-code system, measure lum, link box, avr, high voltage power and electrode rail. Knowing over all relationship, we can control and maintain it for each component works organically.
